Job Summary:

On behalf of Our client, engaged in a Manufacturing Industry, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Training and Development Manager who is responsible for identifying skills gaps, developing training frameworks,  and delivering learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational learning, leadership development, and performance management, with the ability to build impactful training programs that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs and gap assessments across all levels of the organization;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with company goals;
  • Design and deliver effective on boarding, technical, soft skills, and leadership training programs;
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars as pre-planned schedule;
  • Leverage e-learning platforms, blended learning approaches, and innovative training tools;
  • Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and institutions where specialized expertise is required;
  • Work with department managers to identify high-potential employees and develop career development pathways;
  • Support succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and talent management initiatives;
  • Create individual development plans (IDPs) and monitor progress against pre-planned goals;
  • Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness, employee progress, and return on investment (ROI);
  • Collect feedback from participants and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Prepare regular training and development budget and reports for senior management;
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning management systems (LMS);
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, professional development regulations, and industry standards;
  • Other training and development related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Additional qualification

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies;
  • Able to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools;
  • Strong project management and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in training, learning, or organizational development, with at least 2 years in training and development.
